Services Gex Studio provides web development and graphic design services to clients. The scope of services, timeline, and fees will be agreed upon by both parties in a written agreement or contract.
Payment and Fees Payment terms and fees will be agreed upon by both parties in a written agreement or contract. Payment must be made in full, on time, and in the agreed-upon currency.
Intellectual Property Gex Studio retains all intellectual property rights in any work created or developed by our team during the course of providing services to the client. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for the purposes agreed upon in the contract.
Confidentiality Gex Studio will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the client, and will not disclose any such information without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
Warranties and Representations Gex Studio represents and warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards. The client represents and warrants that all information provided to Gex Studio is accurate and complete.
Limitation of Liability Gex Studio’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination Either party may terminate the services at any time, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay Gex Studio for all services performed up to the date of termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
Amendments Gex Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
